Biography – William
P. “Bill” Waters
I am an experienced Program/Project Manager with a strong
technology and marketing background, who has performed a
great deal of “bottom-up” planning to get new
projects off the ground. I have set up the reporting
systems for an Internet startup company (Priceline.com) and
I have performed a Chief-of-Staff role for two key executives
in the technology division at the Nasdaq Stock Market. I
was a key contributor in the development of Nasdaq’s
Program Management Office, designing the framework of how
technology and business projects should be managed, tracked
and reported to senior management. I have the inherent ability
to solve any type of problem that is presented to me and
I have a reputation for getting things done.
I have extensive experience in Project Management and Executive
Level reporting. My Chief-of-Staff role for a Nasdaq
EVP allowed me to develop the ways and means to work for
(and with) any level of management. As you can see,
below, I have a track record of ever increasing responsibility
and career growth. In fact, for most positions I have
held I was the very first incumbent to hold the role within
that company, so defining responsibilities and setting standards
is nothing new to me.
