I am an upper-level project management professional with
a strong background in information technology, marketing
project management and implementing sound business practices
through specially developed projects.
Across the broad scope of my experience, I have been a leader
and flexible team player who is not afraid to roll up his
sleeves in order to get the job done. What distinguishes
me further from others in my profession is my understanding
that, to attain success with a long-term goal, you must focus
on the details of each sub-goal, ensuring that the foundation
of the project is solid. Accomplishing each step correctly
and on-time and within budget will ensure overall project
completion, integrity and success.

At the project idea or conception phase, I work with C-level
Executives, Vice Presidents, Line Managers, specialized or
cross-functional teams within the organization in order to
analyze the current systems, personnel, processes, situations, & problems. I
then recommend a course of action, assess a project’s
feasibility, or establish and initiate the project itself.
Typical activities for this type of work include:

- Establishing long-term expectations
- Documenting existing or new business process flows, technical
environments, and/or data flows
